In my role with NBC Universal, I have served in multiple positions with different responsibilities.

Initially, my role was to optimize content for the MyTeams app. My responsibilities included writing headlines, organizing content and writing/sending mobile notifications. I also monitored live streams and worked with RSN writers on major stories.

Currently as a Desk Editor for NBCU Local, I provide written content for tentpole events in the form of articles for the four RSNs (Boston, Philly, Chicago, Bay Area) and 12 owned television markets. These include how to watch posts, analysis and event previews. My team was also responsible for Tokyo and Beijing Olympics coverage for NBC’s owned television stations, where I wrote articles for 12 unique markets during the Games.

2022 Beijing Olympics

Just a few months after the Tokyo Games, the Winter Olympics took place in Beijing, China. Once again, I was tasked with 10-hour shifts at all hours of the night and morning due to the time difference. Even more than in the summer, I had added responsibilities as a full-time staffer.
